amNY Watch: “Well” Done

I would imagine, the week after New Year’s, that the “Eating Well” page in am New York would stick to its guns and suggest healthy meals. This recipe was on today’s “Eating Well” page:


The damages per serving, according to my calculations? If served over a small serving of pasta, 880 calories, 33 grams of fat, and 16 grams of saturated fat.

Now that’s eating well!
