  1. I think it means you’re supposed to dice them into the shape of a question mark, silly.

  2. What about the line above it? I didn’t know one teaspoon is plural.

the whole recipe is a pretty immense amount of food… 3 lbs of seafood, 24 mussels and a lb of spaghetti

Shouldn’t it be “canned” tomatoes…or is “Can” a brand of tomato that I’m not familar with?

  5. No one’s yet mentioned that paella is, by definition, a rice dish. You can’t have noodle paella. That just wrong.

This solves my whole “What to do with the pound of squid filets I have in the freezer” conundrum. THANKS, amNY!

  7. I also like “1 teaspoons Paprika”

Maybe it means you are supposed to make them into whatever you feel up to.

Why is there such a big space before paprika?

  10. Robbie: I’m guessing that am New York‘s space bar got stuck.

    Meagan,
I thought I was the only one having that problem! It’s good to know I’m not alone in this world. Maybe I can be emo and happy every once in a while….
